To enrol at Kindy, children should be 3 months old to register on our waitlist. Any offers of a place in a class is made in order of priority as per our priority of access policy. Children cannot start in a class until they have turned 3.
Joining our waitlist
Parents are asked to complete a waitlist application form and provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate and immunisation record from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). Upon applying a fee of $50 is required to cover administration costs. This fee is non-refundable. Registering on our waitlist does not guarantee an offer of a class place.
Offered a place in class
Once offered a position in class, a bond deposit of $300 is payable. The bond is held on account for the duration of enrolment and is applied as a credit in your last terms fees invoice.
Fees are to be paid by the term by way of direct deposit or credit card. Fee notices are emailed or placed in class pockets with the due date specified. Payment in installments over the term is possible; upon arrangement at the office. The office staffed Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 1.30pm, during NSW school term time only.
Parents do not pay for Public Holidays which fall on their child’s usual attendance days.
Fees are still payable for holidays taken during normal term time and if your child is away due to illness.
An annual maintenance levy of $100 is charged to all families. This levy is partially refundable at the end of the year for families who have helped in working bees’ & other center maintenance.
An annual entertainment levy $50 is charged to all families and covers the cost of performances for children throughout the year.
An annual book levy of $10 is payable in first terms fees in order to maintain a good supply of books for the children to borrow.
Each child is required to wear a hat provided by the kindergarten which ensures good sun protection. A one off charge of $12 is added to the first term fees.
Each child will be given a reusable/washable ‘wet bag’ at the start of their enrolment to store any wet clothing items in to take home for washing. A small fee of $10 is included in the first terms fee notice for this item.

The late fee is currently:

This policy is in place in the best interests of children and educators alike.
